I’m very happy that you’ve checked back my blog. I miss too many wonderful works of the artists I follow on my dashboard too. Once when I visit their blogs again I see all the new wonderful work.
I hope that my followers sometimes check back again as you’ve done. :)
Also inspired by the colors of the concierges of “The Grand Budapest Hotel”.
: You are one of my favorite artists on Instagram and I had no clue you are on tumblr! So happy to have found you on here!
Oh thank you, I’m glad you found my blog. :)
On Instagram I only post sketches and doodles. Now you can also see my final drawings!
Anonym: I follow you on Instagram and i love your illustrations so much! Do you listen to music when you draw? Favorites?
Thank you very much!
Sure, definitely! I always listen to music when I draw. Mostly soundtracks.
At the moment, the soundtrack of “The Grand Hotel Budapest” is my absolute favorite one.
Spring shows what God can do with a drab and dirty world.

I’ve tried something new.
Inspired by “The Grand Budapest Hotel”.
I wanted to try new different color combinations.
I’ve finally seen this film, and: Damn I love everything about this movie!
Apart from Ralph Fiennes (my absolute dream man), the soundtrack is just awesome and the whole movie a very great inspiration. In general, the film is very special. The subtle humor and slapstick comedy are exactly my taste. A quirky, charming and warm-hearted comedy. ♥
By the way: The scenes are fantastic.
I had a try at Bellatrix. I just can’t draw evil characters. haha
I used my new fav. brushes (the same as in the Hermione illustration).
In addition, it was a little light experiment.
And last but not least: I love Helena Bonham Carter & her crazy, wicked part as Bellatrix. ♥
: I absolutely adore your work! I'm self taught and can only hope to be as good as you someday! Just wondering how you get your textures and what program you use?
aww thank you!
I work with photoshop and self-made brushes. I also use photos of different textures (paper, different surfaces, etc.) for the structure.
